充换电站的优化选址是一个多属性决策问题,对于电动汽车的发展至关重要。将传统的交互式多准则决策方法扩展至不确定语言环境,提出了一种新的充换电站优化选址模型,在分析各指标相互影响关系的基础上,利用网络层次分析法得到各指标权重,并采用云模型与交互式多准则决策相结合的方法,对不确定语言信息进行转化并排序。最后,通过算例验证了该模型的实用性和有效性,为充换电站的优化选址提供了更加可靠的依据。
The optimal location of charging and discharging substations is a multi-attribute decision making problem, which is very important for the development of electric vehicles. The traditional interactive multi-criteria decision-making method is extended to the uncertain language environment, and a new model of charging and substation optimization location is proposed. Based on the analysis of the mutual influence of each index, the weight of each index is obtained by the network AHP , And uses the combination of cloud model and interactive multi-criteria decision-making to transform and sort the uncertain language information. Finally, an example is given to verify the practicability and validity of the model, which provides a more reliable basis for the optimal location of charging and discharging substations.
