目的建立测定工作场所空气中甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)的高效液相色谱法。方法工作场所空气中TDI用装有5.0 m L体积分数为10.0%磷酸溶液的冲击式吸收管采集,直接进样,经Wonda SilTMC18液相色谱柱分离,紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。结果 TDI质量浓度在0.019~194.000 mg/L时,标准曲线线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9;按采集空气样品45.0 L计算,最低检出浓度为0.002 mg/m3;解吸效率为94.8%~102.0%;批内及批间精密度分别为1.4%~8.7%和1.3%~6.6%;采样效率为97.6%~100.0%;样品在4℃条件下可保存7 d。结论本方法灵敏度高,精密度好,操作简单,能更好的用于工作场所空气中TDI检测。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tolylene diisocyanate (TDI) in workplace air. Methods TDI in the air of the workplace was collected with an impactor equipped with a 5.0 mL volumetric 10.0% phosphoric acid solution and directly injected. The sample was separated on a Wonda SilTMC18 liquid chromatographic column, detected by UV detector and quantified by external standard method. Results When the concentration of TDI was between 0.019 and 194.000 mg / L, the calibration curve showed a good linearity with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.002 mg / m3 when the concentration of TDI was 45.0 L; the desorption efficiency was 94.8% -102.0 %. The intra- and inter-batch precision were 1.4% -8.7% and 1.3% -6.6% respectively. The sampling efficiency was 97.6% -100.0%. The samples could be stored at 4 ℃ for 7 days. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, good precision, simple operation, and can be better used for TDI detection in the air of the workplace.
