目的:观察海源降糖胶囊对血糖的调节作用。方法:正常小鼠和糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖及糖耐量实验。结果:以0.5、1.0、2.0g/kg·b·w剂量的海源降糖胶囊给予小鼠灌胃,对正常小鼠的空腹血糖无影响。能增强正常小鼠的淀粉负荷糖耐量,给予淀粉1.5h时,1.0、2.0g/kg·b.w剂量组与溶剂对照组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01)。能增强四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠的淀粉负荷糖耐量,给予淀粉1.5h时,1.0g/kg·b·w剂量组与溶剂对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05);2.0g/kg·b·w剂量组与溶剂对照组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01);给予淀粉3h时,2.0g/kg·b·w剂量组与溶剂对照组比较,差异极显著(P<0.01)。表明:海源降糖胶囊具有调节血糖的作用。
Objective: To observe the regulation effect of Haiyuan Jiangtang Capsule on blood glucose. METHODS: Fasting blood glucose and glucose tolerance were tested in normal and diabetic mice. RESULTS: The mice were given intragastric administration of Haiyuan Jiangtang capsules at doses of 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 g/kg bw, which had no effect on fasting blood glucose in normal mice. Can enhance the normal mice’s starch loading glucose tolerance, given starch 1.5h, 1.0, 2.0g/kg b. The difference between the w dose group and the solvent control group was extremely significant (P<0.01). The starch loading glucose tolerance of alloxan-induced diabetic mice was enhanced. When the starch was given for 1.5h, the difference between 1.0g/kg·b·w dose group and solvent control group was significant (P<0.05). The difference between the 2.0 g/kg bw dose group and the solvent control group was extremely significant (P<0.01); when the starch was given 3 hours, the 2.0 g/kg bw dose group was compared with the solvent control group. The difference was extremely significant (P<0.01). It shows that: Haiyuan Jiangtang Capsule can regulate blood sugar.
