由于无料钟高压炉顶设备具有节能、增产等优点,目前国内外新建或改建的大中型高炉都积极地采用这一新工艺。某大型高炉本体承重结构原为下部设有炉缸支柱、厚壁炉腹、高托圈及炉身支柱的框架体系。炉顶为钟阀结构,由四个立柱组成刚架支承。在1981年大修时决定采用无料钟炉顶新技术,上部仍用斜桥供料。无料钟炉顶工艺要求同原有大小钟阀式结构相比,变更甚大,炉顶设备及其操作平台明显增加,故不能沿用旧
Since the bell-less high-pressure top equipment has the advantages of energy saving and production increase, the new and rebuilt large and medium-sized blast furnaces at home and abroad are actively adopting this new process. The main load-bearing structure of a large blast furnace is originally a frame system with a hearth pillar, a thick hearth, a high ring, and a body pillar in the lower part. The top of the furnace is a bell valve structure, which consists of four columns that form a rigid frame support. At the time of overhaul in 1981, it was decided to adopt a new technology without a bell top, and the upper part was still fed with a diagonal bridge. The bell-less furnace top process requires a great change compared with the original size of the bell-valve structure, and the furnace top equipment and its operation platform are obviously increased, so it is impossible to use the old one.
