我校是一所乡镇中心校,下辖4所村小。村小教师占全镇小学教师总数的41%,学生占全镇小学生总数的33%。村小教师的思想素质和业务素质、村小学生的行为习惯和学习习惯将直接影响我校教师的整体水平和教育教学质量的高低。几年来,我校立足实际,把对村小的管理纳入到了常规管理中,积极探索了村小管理的方式方法,为实现中心校和村小工作同步化做了一些探索和实践,下面将我校的一些具体做法和大家共同探
