我们于1990~1992年将脑电地形图应用于儿科临床,并对其实用价值进行了研究探讨。本组102例,其年龄为新生儿期~14岁。疾病包括:癫痫27例,血管性头痛15例,病毒性脑炎14例,新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病14例,精神发育迟缓9例,脑外伤后遗症4例,脑发育不全6例,其他13例。对上述疾病的脑电地形图表现作了分析,并对其中67例同时作脑CT,37例同时作脑电图者的结果进行了对比。从而提出脑电地形图可客观地反映,直观地显示患者各种病变脑电活动变化,其不仅可提示病变的性质而且可确定病变的部位。因此在儿科有重要应用价值。
We in 1990 ~ 1992 EEG topography applied to pediatric clinical, and its practical value of research. The group of 102 cases, the age of newborns to 14 years old. Diseases include 27 cases of epilepsy, 15 cases of vascular headache, 14 cases of viral encephalitis, 14 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, 9 cases of mental retardation, 4 cases of traumatic brain injury, 6 cases of brain hypoplasia, the other 13 cases. EEG topographic manifestations of the above diseases were analyzed and the results of 67 patients who underwent both CT and 37 EEGs were compared. It is suggested that the EEG topographic map can objectively reflect and visually display the changes of EEG activity in various lesions of the patient, which not only can indicate the nature of the lesion but also determine the lesion site. Therefore, there is an important pediatric application value.
