数学教师作为教师中的一分子,其专业化是数学教育发展的重要标志,也是数学教育发展的必然结果。HPM教学作为数学教师专业化发展中的一个重要因素,通过数学教师的数学史知识、HPM教学意识、能力和综合素质的提升进而促进中学数学教师的专业发展。本文主要从HPM视角下的四个维度来分析如何促进中学数学教师的专业发展,并从HPM视角提出教师专业发展的途径,为中学数学教师的专业发展提供参考和帮助.一、HPM理论简述
As a part of teacher, mathematics teacher is an important symbol of the development of mathematics education and also the inevitable result of the development of mathematics education. As an important factor in the professional development of mathematics teachers, HPM teaching promotes the professional development of mathematics teachers in middle schools through the improvement of mathematics history knowledge, HPM teaching awareness, ability and overall quality of mathematics teachers. This paper mainly analyzes how to promote the professional development of mathematics teachers in high school from the four dimensions of HPM perspective and proposes the way of teachers’ professional development from the perspective of HPM, which can provide reference and help for the professional development of mathematics teachers in high school.
