从2008到2011的4年间,“底线管理”这个让员工们耳熟能详的词儿,频频见诸于中建二局的各类文件会议报告,也见诸于网络和报端。翻看中建二局近4年以来合同额的增长曲线,有这样一个有趣的现象,2008年突破300亿元,2009年突破500亿元,2010年突破800亿元,2011年突破1200亿元大关,这些数字再次验证了底线管理潜移默化之功效。为此,本刊记者专访了中国建筑第二工程局有限公司董事长、党委书记陈建光,就底线管理的来龙去脉和推进状况进行深入解读。
In the four years from 2008 to 2011, the word “bottom line management”, a term familiar to employees, was frequently found in all kinds of paper conference reports of the second CCB, as well as in the internet and in newspapers. Looking at the growth curve of the contract value of the second China Construction Second Directorate in the recent 4 years, there is such an interesting phenomenon that in 2008 it exceeded 30 billion yuan, exceeded 50 billion yuan in 2009, exceeded 80 billion yuan in 2010 and exceeded 120 billion yuan in 2011 Mark, these figures once again proved the bottom line management subtle effect.
