用溶胶凝胶法制备掺铂量从0.2 wt%~1.0 wt%的二氧化钛溶胶,在载玻片上以旋涂法制成薄膜,并经823 K保温2 h热处理,用XRD、SEM、TEM、UV-vis等手段,对其组织结构和光学性能进行分析测试;通过紫外光下降解亚甲基蓝溶液测试薄膜样品的光催化活性。结果表明:该方法制得的二氧化钛全部为锐钛矿晶型,颗粒大小较均匀,平均粒径为20~40 nm。掺铂量0.2 wt%时,二氧化钛的本征吸收边从350 nm红移至400 nm,紫外光照射6 h后,亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率是纯二氧化钛的1.6倍。
Titanium dioxide sol with a platinum content of 0.2 wt% ~ 1.0 wt% was prepared by sol-gel method. The thin film was spin-coated on a glass slide and then heat-treated at 823 K for 2 h. XRD, SEM, TEM, vis and other means of its structure and optical properties of the test analysis; UV degradation of methylene blue solution of the test film photocatalytic activity. The results show that the titanium dioxide obtained by the method is all anatase in shape with a uniform particle size and an average particle size of 20-40 nm. When the content of platinum was 0.2 wt%, the intrinsic absorption edge of titanium dioxide was red-shifted from 350 nm to 400 nm, and the degradation rate of methylene blue solution was 1.6 times that of pure titanium dioxide after 6 h of UV irradiation.
