目的研究肾动态显像法以及双血浆法共同测定肾小球滤过率的差异。方法 108例肾脏病患者,利用肾动态显像完成Gates法核素肾动态显像,得到肾小球滤过率,然后实施静脉注射99 m锝-二乙三胺五乙酸(Tc-DTPA),分2h和4h两个时间段采集患者血液,统计1 ml血浆中的放射性物质,采用双血浆法计算得到肾小球滤过率,最后就肾动态显像法以及双血浆法的测定结果进行分析。结果肾动态显像法测定的平均值为49.76,而双血浆测定平均值为45.39,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两种检测方法无明显的相关性,但肾动态显像法检测的指标较为全面,在临床上可选择将两者联合检测肾小球滤过率。
Objective To study the difference of glomerular filtration rate (GFR) between renal dynamic imaging and double plasma. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with nephrotic disease underwent renal dynamic imaging to complete Gates’ method of renal dynamic imaging to get glomerular filtration rate. Then intravenous injection of 99m Tc-DTPA, Patients were divided into 2h and 4h blood samples were collected, the statistics of 1 ml of radioactive material in plasma, the use of double plasma calculated glomerular filtration rate, and finally the results of renal dynamic imaging and double plasma analysis . Results The average value of renal dynamic imaging was 49.76, while the average value of double plasma was 45.39, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion There is no obvious correlation between the two methods. However, the indexes of renal dynamic imaging are more comprehensive, and the combination of the two methods can be used to detect the glomerular filtration rate in clinic.
