男性,第二胎,足月顺产。因呕血、便血各2次,于出生后第三天(1977年6月18日)入院。体检:急性重病容,面色苍白,紫绀,四肢欠暖,额、面部皮肤可见细小出血点,前囟平坦。体温35.7℃,脉搏160次/分,呼吸60/分。咽部轻度充血,颈软。心音强、律齐、无杂音,二肺呼吸音粗。腹软平,肝脾未触及。脐带未脱落、干燥、无出血。神经系统无病理反射。化验检查:血红蛋白10.2克%。白细胞13400/立方毫米,中性粒细胞58%,淋巴细胞41%,单核细胞1%。血小板13.8万/立方毫米。出血时间1分。凝血时间4分30秒。凝血酶原时间15.5秒(我院正常值为13秒,化验抽血时已输鲜血150毫升,结果仍异常)。住院经过:患儿在外曾呕血、便血约100毫升。入院
