近来我院经治大面积脑梗塞、椎基底动脉供血区梗塞、各部位脑出血及蛛网膜下腔出血者369例,其中发生呃逆者38例,均先后采用利他灵、镇静药、血管扩张药、钙通道阻滞药普鲁卡因、丁香、柿蒂等中药及针灸治疗,其中29例无效。对此29例呃逆者,我们采用氨茶碱静滴,取得了良好效果。现报告如下。 29例呃逆中脑出血14例,大面积脑梗塞12例,椎基底动脉供血区梗塞2例,蛛网膜下腔出血1例。全组男性16倒,女性13例。年龄20～30岁2例,31～40
