Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of the “Inspection Law of the People’s Republic of China on Import and Export Commodity Inspection” and its implementing regulations in order to strengthen the inspection, supervision and administration of exported coal and ensure the quality of exported coal. Article 2 This set of measures shall apply to the inspection, supervision and administration over the exported coal listed in the Catalog of Entry and Exit Commodities for the Inspection and Quarantine of Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine agencies.
