一、概述本文所说的企业员工,是特指那些不直接参与销售、研发、生产和中高层管理的人员,笔者称之为“企业行政人员”。该类人员工作属于企业核心业务流程以外的辅助流程,工作性质主要是支持、服务,因其工作性质可量化因素较少而成为了企业绩效考评的难点,其工作具有以下特点:1.工作结果难以用数据量化,往往需要通过定性指标来判断,这就很难避免考评过程中的主观性;2.工作内容往往为某项事件的过程,成果不显化,加大了考核者
