高校实施“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的关键在于培养学生的工程能力与创新能力,而教师缺乏工程能力与课程体系设置的合理性,是其中的两大核心问题。以“卓越工程师”为导向,探索适于师范院校电子专业的卓越工程师的教学改革与实践。
The key to the implementation of “Outstanding Engineer Education and Training Program ” in colleges and universities is to cultivate students’ ability of engineering and innovation. However, the lack of engineering ability and the rationality of the curriculum system set by teachers are two core issues among them. To “excellent engineer” -oriented, to explore the reform and practice of teaching for the outstanding engineers of electronics colleges in normal universities.
