本文对52只家兔急性电光性眼炎动物实验进行了临床观察和组织病理学检查。结果表明;从接受紫外线照射到角膜上皮开始脱落,其潜伏期大多为1~3小时,最长为23小时。全部实验动物早期均可见角膜上皮水肿,随后表现为角膜上皮不同程度的剥脱。主要病理改变为角膜上皮细胞肿胀,细胞核碎裂,上皮细胞脱落。修复期上皮细胞层次增多,上皮增生并向实质层方向突起。角膜损伤的修复时间平均为4天,最长8天,最短2天。
In this paper, 52 rabbits with acute electro-optic ophthalmia in animal experiments were observed and histopathological examination. The results showed that: from receiving ultraviolet light to the corneal epithelium began to fall off, the incubation period is mostly 1 to 3 hours, up to 23 hours. All experimental animals were early corneal epithelial edema, followed by the corneal epithelium showed varying degrees of exfoliation. The main pathological changes of corneal epithelial cells swelling, nuclear fragmentation, epithelial cells shedding. Prostate epithelial cells increased levels of epithelial hyperplasia and prominence to the direction of the real layer. Corneal injury repair time averaged 4 days, up to 8 days, the shortest 2 days.
