Since the beginning of the new century, the world economy has been hit by the bubble of the “new economy” in the United States and the economic downturn in major industrialized countries of Japan and Europe has suffered major setbacks and is now experiencing a difficult phase since this wave of economic globalization. Influenced by various complicated and profound changes, the world economy has experienced a slow growth in more than two years with more variables. The “post-Cold War era” has plagued the major industrialized countries such as structural imbalances, credit crises, financial bubbles, security threats and political risks that have troubled the recovery of the United States and the world economy. The economic conditions of the three major economies in the United States, Europe and Japan are still not optimistic in the near future. The economic downturn, weakness in desire, slow recovery and uncertain prospects are the true portrayal of the present state of world economy.
