本文通过肺导管检查观察9例早期肺心病患者吸氧、负重、含化硝酸甘油对肺动脉压的变化与向量图改变的关系。发现吸氧、含化硝酸甘油时肺动脉压下降。以含化硝酸甘油明显。负重时肺动脉压增加。向量图右后电压改变与上述变化是一致的。但以水平面电压改变明显。
In this paper, the relationship between changes of pulmonary arterial pressure and the change of vector diagram of 9 patients with early pulmonary heart disease under oxygen inhalation, weight-bearing and nitroglycerin-containing were observed by pulmonary catheterization. Found that oxygen, nitric acid-containing nitroglycerin decreased pulmonary artery pressure. To nitroglycerin obvious. Pulmonary arterial pressure increases with weight. The change in voltage right after the vector diagram is consistent with the above change. However, the horizontal plane voltage changes significantly.
