幼儿从熟悉的家里进入同伴众多的幼儿园,无论他们属于安静型或活泼型的气质类型,最初都会表现出不同程度的不适应,如哭叫、怕生人、闹回家、不合群等。受到最初交往体验的影响,甚至中、大班的幼儿仍有一部分可能表现出适应不良。幼儿不适应的程度主要取决于幼儿与父母(或家中照看者)的依恋性质、强度和幼儿与同伴同的人际交往关系。幼儿行为的主要潜在动力之一是赢得幼儿园阿姨(教师)和同伴的好评,教师应尽量创造机会,增进同伴间相互了解与交往互动,以崭新的和谐的同伴关系减弱、消除幼儿
Toddlers enter familiarity with many kindergartens in their companions, regardless of whether they are quiet or lively types of temperament, initially exhibiting varying degrees of incompetence, such as cries, fear of strangers, homelessness, alienation and so on. Affected by the initial experience of intercourse, even some of the children in middle and large classes may show maladaptation. The extent to which toddlers do not adapt depends primarily on the nature of attachment, intensity, and interpersonal relationships of young children and their peers with young children and parents (or home-based caregivers). One of the main potential motivations for child behavior is to win praise from kindergarten aunt (teachers) and peers. Teachers should try their best to create opportunities to enhance mutual understanding and interaction among peers, weaken new and harmonious companions and eliminate young children
