背景意大利发难,针对中国鞋类产品展开有毒物质调查由于意大利鞋业制造商协会指责中国制鞋商在生产过程中使用了镍及其他有碍健康的有毒化学物质,意大利卫生部不久前已针对来自中国的鞋类产品展开调查。意大利卫生部长斯托拉切表示,这一调查将持续进行6个月,每个月都会公布最新的调查结果。这对于国内千余家制鞋企业无啻于又是当头一棒,几个月前,欧盟还对我国鞋类产品开始进行反倾销调查,成为近10年以来欧盟对华反倾销史上金额最大的一宗。1月10日欧盟反倾销咨询委员会做出拒绝承认中国的13家鞋企“市场经济地位”的决定,而具体的将被征收的临时反倾销税的多少至结稿之时还没有确定。在这个关系到我国1200余家制鞋企业和100多万人就业的大麻烦还没有得到解决的时候,中国的部分鞋企又遭到“毒鞋”调查的困扰。(编者注:截止本刊发稿时,即3月23日欧盟已公布对中国鞋征收4.8%的临时反倾销税,在接下来的六个月中将逐步增加到19.4%。儿童鞋和高科技运动鞋不包含在内。)
