正在基建中的大井银铜矿地处内蒙古东北部林西县,属高寒地带,冬季大气温度平均-25℃,最低-32.5℃。原设计采用中央对角式通风系统分区并联网络,抽出式通风方式。新鲜风流由中央竖井进入。为了防止竖井在冬季时井壁渗溢水或上部中段的水沿井壁流淌而结冰,原设计在井口附近建造送风加热室,工业锅炉每小时需供应1189 Mcal的热量。为了节约基建费用和能源,我矿改用以中央压入为主、两翼抽出为辅的对角间隔式通风网路,使竖井处于主扇正压区而保持出风状态。
Dajingyin Copper Mine, which is under construction, is located in Linxi County, northeast of Inner Mongolia. It belongs to the alpine zone. The average temperature in winter is -25 ℃ and the lowest is -32.5 ℃. The original design of the central diagonal ventilation system partition parallel network, out of ventilation.
