以河北某矿2408工作面运输平巷为工程研究背景,分析无煤柱沿空留巷变形破坏规律,提出了沿空留巷的控制机理。结合地质生产条件,采用FLAC3D数值模拟对比分析了一般支护条件与加强巷帮支护条件下留巷围岩的变形规律:帮高强高预紧力锚索可以大大降低围岩变形量,缩小围岩塑性区。矿压观测结果:留巷在接受二次采动影响后,顶底板最大移近量为471 mm,两帮最大移近量为315 mm。
Taking the transportation lane of 2408 working face of a mine in Hebei Province as engineering research background, the deformation and failure regularity of gob-side entry retaining road with no pillar is analyzed, and the control mechanism of gob-side entry retaining is proposed. Combined with the geological production conditions, the FLAC3D numerical simulation is used to comparatively analyze the deformation law of the surrounding rock of the roadway under the conditions of general support and reinforcement of roadway with the support of alluvial support: to help high-strength and high preload cables can greatly reduce the deformation of surrounding rock, Rock plastic zone. After the influence of secondary mining, the maximum displacement of the top floor and the bottom floor is 471 mm, and the maximum displacement of the two supports is 315 mm.
