作者检查健康老年人(65岁以上)198例平衡功能,研究年龄增长对平衡功能的影响。男92例,女106例,身体健康,一年来均无眩晕史。全部行前庭脊髓反射试验、眼震检查;143例视力0.3以上,行水平眼跟踪试验(ETT)、水平视动性眼震试验(OKN),以20~29岁健康人30例为对照。前庭脊髓反射试验:Romberg 氏试验、Mann 氏试验,单足站立试验。前两个试验闭眼、睁眼在30秒内跌倒或不能维持原来姿势者为阳性;后一试验睁眼在30秒以内、闭眼在10秒以内不能保持该姿势者为阳性。结果:Romberg 试验,睁眼0%,闭眼
The authors examined the balance function of 198 healthy elderly (over 65 years old) to study the effect of increasing age on balance function. 92 males and 106 females, good health, no history of vertigo over the past year. All patients underwent vestibular spinal reflex test and nystagmus examination. 143 eyes with visual acuity of 0.3 or more underwent horizontal eye tracking test (ETT) and horizontal visual mobility test (OKN), and 30 healthy people aged 20-29 years as control. Vestibular reflex test: Romberg’s test, Mann’s test, stand-alone test. The first two tests closed eyes, eyes open fall within 30 seconds or can not maintain the original poses were positive; the latter test eyes open within 30 seconds, eyes closed in less than 10 seconds can not maintain the posture were positive.
