通过大量的理论学习和多年的教学实践,从艺术的角度分析健美操运动与教学的全过程,得出不仅健美操运动本身具备艺术特性,而且在健美操教学过程中,还包含音乐、形体、语言、情感和艺术特质。本文采用问卷调查、文献综述等科研方法,对健美操运动与教学艺术要素进行系统分析,旨在提高人们对健美操的审美能力和健美操的教学质量。
Through a great deal of theoretical study and many years of teaching practice, this paper analyzes the whole process of aerobics movement and teaching from an artistic point of view, and draws the conclusion that not only aerobic exercise itself possesses artistic characteristics, but also includes music, body, Language, emotion and artistic traits. This paper uses questionnaires, literature review and other scientific research methods to systematically analyze aerobics movement and teaching art elements to improve people’s aesthetic ability of aerobics and aerobics teaching quality.
