以有限元分析软件ABAQUS为平台,利用用户子程序编制了单面和双面激光喷丸时冲击波压力的加载程序,建立了小孔试样双面激光喷丸过程诱导残余应力的有限元分析模型。分析了小孔对激光喷丸强化效果的影响,研究了单面和双面激光喷丸下ZK60镁合金小孔试样的三维残余应力场分布。结果表明,采用双面激光喷丸工艺时,在试样上下表面均产生有益的残余压应力分布,下表面残余压应力的幅值是单面激光喷丸时的2倍左右。将典型实验与模拟结果进行对比,其一致性较好。
Based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS, the program of loading shock wave pressure on single-sided and double-sided laser shot peening was programmed by user subroutine. The finite element analysis model of residual stress induced by double-sided laser shot peening was established. . The effects of small holes on laser shot peening were analyzed. The three-dimensional residual stress field distribution of ZK60 magnesium alloy small-hole samples under single and double laser shot peening was studied. The results show that when using double-sided laser shot peening, there are beneficial residual compressive stress distribution on the upper and lower surfaces of specimen, and the amplitude of residual compressive stress on the lower surface is about 2 times of that of single-sided laser shot peening. The typical experiment and simulation results are compared, the consistency is better.
