本文介绍一种采用气动位移传感器及电涡流位移传感器组成复合位移传感器进行纸张厚度在线非接触测量技术。并介绍了实际样机的研制情况,分析了实测结果及误差因素。该系统测纸张厚度不受其水分、密度的影响,具有较高的测量精度。为非金属薄质材料的在线非接触测量提供了新的手段。
This paper introduces a kind of pneumatic displacement sensor and eddy current displacement sensor composed of composite displacement sensor on-line non-contact measurement of paper thickness technology. The development of actual prototype is introduced, the measured results and error factors are analyzed. The system measures the thickness of the paper from its moisture, density, with high measurement accuracy. Non-metallic materials for non-contact online measurement provides a new means.
