本文应用自制的体表希氏束电图实时检测仪检测55例心律失常患者。结果表明,本法能记录单次心跳的希氏束电位,检出率达80%,但须在良好的屏蔽下进行,多数病员需静注安定以抑制肌电干扰。本法对不同程度的房室传导阻滞、各类早搏和束支传导阻滞等诊断,可提供重要信息,以补充体表心电图的不足。但对房颤、房扑、预激综合征等不适用。作者对本法的优缺点进行了初步探讨,并认为值得推广应用。
In this paper, 55 cases of arrhythmia patients were detected by self-made body surface His bundle current real-time detector.
