本文介绍了日光温室生产蔬菜过程中,在环沟中填充有机废弃物或固体酒糟,接种“东酒一号黑白酶”,使其好氧发酵;在11月后至次年5月前,好氧发酵产生的热能增加地温,产生的二氧化碳可用于进行气体施肥;在5月下旬后到11月上旬前不需增温时用酒精厂工业二氧化碳施肥对蔬菜增产技术的试验情况。论述了该试验的工艺特点及原理,阐述了生物增温,二氧化碳施肥的工艺流程、试验运转情况和所得的试验结果,分析了该项目的经济效果及产生的社会效益。
