《论语》作为中华文化的经典名著的意义,不仅在于它就诸多宏观命题给予世人的启示,还在于其中折射的微观层面的文化现象。《论语》中体现的孔子与其弟子间和谐的师生关系,对于现代社会师生之间矛盾频发、关系趋于紧张的现象有着深刻的借鉴意义。本文试从老师与学生这两个角度,分别探讨《论语》中和谐师生关系的表现与内因,并联系当下师生关系现状,反思从这一文化经典中失落的精神,从而寻求重建和谐师生关系的途径。
The significance of Analects of Confucius as a classic of the Chinese culture lies not only in its enlightenment given to the world by many macro propositions but also in the refraction of the micro-level cultural phenomena. The harmonious relationship between teachers and students embodied in The Analects of Confucius and his disciples is of profound reference for the phenomenon of frequent contradictions between teachers and students and the tendency of tensions in modern society. This paper attempts to explore the relationship between teachers and students in The Analects by examining the relationship between teacher and student in the Analects of Confucius and the current situation of the relationship between teachers and students respectively and to reflect on the lost spirit from this cultural classic so as to seek for the reconstruction of harmonious teachers Ways to develop relationships.
