家庭、幼儿园和社区是儿童生活、学习和成长的三大重要环境。借鉴瑞吉欧教育对家、园、社区合作的启示,探讨整合三方资源的有效策略:一方面,充分发挥幼儿园的多渠道指导作用,从“走出去”、“请进来”的资源整合形式为主;另一方面,积极挖掘并充分利用家长和社区资源,分别采取以“家长”和以“社区”为核心的两种资源整合形式。家、园、社区合作共育,能够共同促进幼儿教育资源的整合和一体化。
Families, kindergartens and communities are three important environments for children’s lives, learning and growth. Based on the revelation of Reggio erica education to the cooperation of home, garden and community, this paper explores the effective strategies of integrating tripartite resources: on the one hand, giving full play to the multi-channel guiding role of kindergarten, from “going out” to “coming in” On the other hand, we should actively tap and make full use of the resources of parents and communities and take the form of two kinds of resource integration with “parent ” and “community ” as the core respectively. Home, garden, community co-education, can jointly promote the integration and integration of early childhood education resources.
