以抗扑海因枇杷内生木霉PY2菌株和原始菌株Y2为研究对象,采用菌丝生长速率及血球计数法,研究了不同培养基、碳氮源、pH、温度和光照对其菌丝生长及产孢的影响,以期探索二者生物学特性差异。结果表明:2个菌株最大的差异在于产孢性状不同,抗扑海因菌株PY2产孢能力明显强于原始菌株Y2。PY2菌株菌丝生长最佳条件为PDA、CDA或BDA培养基,葡萄糖,酵母膏,pH 5、6、8、9、10,温度为15~28℃,全黑暗或全光照;其产孢最佳条件为CDA培养基,D-果糖,牛肉膏,pH 3,25℃,全光照。
Taking the endophytic Trichoderma viride PY2 strain and the original strain Y2 as the experimental object, mycelial growth rate and hematocrit method were used to study the mycelium growth of different media, carbon and nitrogen sources, pH, temperature and light And sporulation, in order to explore the biological differences between the two. The spore-forming ability of Pseudomonas putida strain PY2 was significantly stronger than that of the original strain Y2.
