我院自1987年1月～1989年7月共收治结核性腹膜炎34例,其中60岁以上者有7例,占同期该病住院病人的20.6%,这可能与文献所指出的近年来老年结核病有增加趋势有关。加之其临床表现常不典型,极易误诊或漏诊。腹腔结核病的误诊原因探讨已屡有报告,我们体会到老年人结核性腹膜炎的误诊原因有如下几个方面的因素:
