个人寿险营销机制的引进,推动了中国人寿保险业务的发展。寿险营销经过六年的实践与探索,现在需要建立一个全面、科学、完善的体系,这个体系应涉及到管理办法、管理模式、专业经营、客户服务、职场文化、系统作业等方面。本文从国内个人寿险的角度,提出自己的看法。
The introduction of personal life insurance marketing mechanism has promoted the development of China Life Insurance business. Life insurance marketing, after six years of practice and exploration, now needs to establish a comprehensive, scientific and perfect system. The system should involve management methods, management mode, professional management, customer service, workplace culture and system operation. This article from the perspective of domestic individual life insurance, put forward their own views.
