本文介绍了MOH材料在不同乳化沥青、水泥及用水量条件下,以传统马歇尔拌和设备和专用拌和设备分别拌和,按马歇尔击实法及改良后的旋转压实法分别成型试件,测定其空隙率及劈裂强度,并分析拌和及压实方法对MOH材料性能的影响。试验结果表明,不同的拌和及压实方法对MOH材料的劈裂强度和空隙率有很大的影响,确定适合的试件成型方法是研究MOH材料性能的基础。
In this paper, the MOH materials were mixed under different conditions of emulsified asphalt, cement and water using traditional Marshall mixing equipment and special mixing equipment respectively, and the specimens were formed by Marshall compaction method and modified rotary compaction method respectively to measure the void Rate and splitting strength, and analysis of mixing and compaction methods on the MOH material properties. The experimental results show that different methods of mixing and compaction have a great influence on the splitting strength and voidage of MOH materials. Determining suitable specimen forming method is the basis for studying the properties of MOH materials.
