本文应用数理统计方法对溶氧仪及碘量法测定的海淡水养殖池塘水中溶解氧的数据进行分析评价。在分析结果一致性的情况下,试验验证了溶氧仪测定海水池水溶解氧时,盐度参数设置的必要性。在水产养殖中,水中溶解氧是鱼,虾赖以生存的必要条件之一。养殖水中的溶解氧波动性很大,需经常测定。测定水中的溶解氧有两种规范的方法,即碘量法和膜电极法。碘量法是经典的方法,稳定性好,但养殖池塘水应用这种方法进行测定溶解氧时,很不方便。而膜电极法是根据分子氧透过薄膜的扩散速率来测定水中的溶解氧。溶氧仪正是根据膜电极法的原理制作而成的。它不但测定养殖水中的溶解氧方便、快捷、而且也可直接显示水中的温度。为了证实两种方法的差异性,我们分别用溶氧仪及碘量法同时测定了海淡水养殖池塘水中的溶解氧,并将所得结果用数理统计的方法作了分析。结果表明用两种方法测定所得的数值无显著性差异。同时又对溶氧仪测定海水中溶解氧时盐度系数的设置对测定结果的影响,进行试验验证,进一步证明溶氧仪准确设置盐度值的重要性。
In this paper, the data of dissolved oxygen in seawater freshwater ponds measured by the dissolved oxygen meter and iodometric method were analyzed by using mathematical statistics. In the case of the consistency of the analysis results, the necessity of setting the salinity parameters in the determination of dissolved oxygen in seawater by the dissolved oxygen meter was verified. In aquaculture, dissolved oxygen in water is one of the necessary conditions for survival of fish and shrimp. Dissolved oxygen in aquaculture water is highly volatile and requires frequent determination. Determination of dissolved oxygen in water there are two standard methods, that is, the amount of iodine and membrane electrode method. Iodometric method is a classic method, good stability, but the use of this method of culture pond water determination of dissolved oxygen, very inconvenient. The membrane electrode method is based on the diffusion rate of molecular oxygen through the film to measure the dissolved oxygen in water. Dissolved oxygen meter is based on the principle of membrane electrode made. It not only determines dissolved oxygen in aquaculture water is convenient, fast, but also can directly display the water temperature. In order to confirm the difference between the two methods, we measured dissolved oxygen in seawater freshwater ponds simultaneously by using dissolved oxygen meter and iodometric method, and analyzed the results by mathematical statistics. The results show no significant difference between the values obtained by the two methods. At the same time, the effect of the setting of the salinity coefficient on the determination of the dissolved oxygen in seawater when the dissolved oxygen meter was used was tested and verified. This further proves the importance of setting the salinity value accurately.
