无论从生理学还是从心理学来说,小学生还处于儿童阶段,他们还不能够对自己的行为进行判断和选择,行为上表现为多动贪玩并对新奇的事物总是充满了好奇和吸引。基于以上对小学生的特征考虑,小学生面对抽象性和逻辑性都比较强的数学课会感觉到枯燥甚至从心理上排斥数学课,其结果是长期以来小学数学整体学业水平处于低下状态。小学数学这样的现状致使广大小学数学教师陷入沉思不断追寻破解小学数学这一困境,随着小学数学教学活动改革的推进,广大小学数学教师对长期的教学活动进行了总结,并结合小学生的行为心理特点,他们发现把游戏引入小学数学教学活动中,有利于培养小学生数学的综合素养,从而提升小学数学整体学业水平。
