HSP70(Heat shock proteins 70)是分子量约为70kD的热休克蛋白,具有保护细胞和生命体的重要作用。通过分子克隆和染色体步移技术首次获得瓶囊碘泡虫(Myxobolus ampullicapsulatus Zhao et al.,2008)HSP70家族同源基因的完整序列,并利用生物信息学方法对该基因进行鉴定,同时对它编码的蛋白序列进行分析。结果显示:瓶囊碘泡虫HSP70蛋白为HSPA8同源物,命名为MaHSPA8;MaHSPA8基因核苷酸序列全长2 696bp,共编码662个氨基酸,MaHSPA8蛋白相对分子量为72.5kD,等电点为5.37,无跨膜区和信号肽,共有24个潜在的抗原位点。此发现将为进一步研究HSP70基因在瓶囊碘泡虫寄生过程中的作用提供基础资料。
HSP70 (Heat shock proteins 70) is a heat-shock protein with a molecular weight of about 70 kD, which plays an important role in protecting cells and living organisms. Through molecular cloning and chromosome walking technology, the complete sequence of HSP70 family homologous gene of Myxobolus capillaris (Myxobolus ampullicapsulatus Zhao et al., 2008) was obtained for the first time. The gene was identified by bioinformatics method and encoded The protein sequence was analyzed. The results showed that the HSP70 gene was named as MaHSPA8. The full length of MaHSPA8 gene was 2 696 bp, encoding a total of 662 amino acids. The relative molecular mass of MaHSPA8 protein was 72.5 kD and the isoelectric point was 5.37 , No transmembrane region and signal peptide, a total of 24 potential antigenic sites. This finding will provide basic information for further study on the role of HSP70 gene in the parasitic process of P. epidermidis.
