为了查明连铸坯内裂产生的机理,进行了一系列带液芯圆坯的拉伸试验和人为不对中铸机产生内裂试验。通过对以上累计变形试验结果的分析,发现裂纹产生和扩展是ZST~ZDT间的变形总量超过了临界变形量所致;同时得知铸坯较长的内裂常会在其凝固过程中扩展。为了防止内裂,不仅应控制各种变形的增大,而且需制定正确的浇铸制度,正确设置辊道以将铸坯累计变形控制在较小范围;同时应认真考虑ZST~ZDT间的变形范围。
In order to find out the mechanism of the continuous casting internal fissure, a series of tensile tests with the liquid core round billet and the internal split test of the human misalignment casting machine were carried out. Through the analysis of the above cumulative deformation test results, it is found that the total amount of deformation between ZST and ZDT exceeded the critical deformation due to the generation and propagation of cracks. It is also found that the longer internal split of slab often grows during its solidification. In order to prevent the split, not only should control the increase of various deformations, but also need to formulate the correct casting system, set up the roller way to control the cumulative deformation of the slab in a relatively small range; meanwhile, the deformation range between ZST and ZDT .
