随着时代的变革和经济的飞速发展,我国的国有企业正面临着巨大的挑战和来自民营企业的竞争,新时期的国有企业需要变革旧有的发展模式才能跟随时代的脚步取得进一步发展,才能巩固国有企业在国民经济中的地位。而绩效考核的变革是新时期国有企业进行变革的重要一环,笔者将从国有企业基于效益导向的角度来讨论分析绩效考核的变革。
