微波照射睾丸用于男性抗生育的效果是肯定的,但人体睾丸被微波照射后能否引起机体免疫机能的改变,尚应进一步研究。为此目的本文对38例用微波照射睾丸避孕的对象,进行了血清抗精子抗体的检测,现报告如下: 材料和方法一、研究对象:均为自愿采用微波照射节育者,分为两组。 1.微波照射后5月至1年半组,共22例。 2.自身对照组:共16例,本组在微波照射前,照射后1月、3月、半年、1年、1年半分别抽血检测。二、照射方法:
The effect of microwave irradiation on testis for male antifertility is affirmed, but whether the human testicle can cause the change of immune function after microwave irradiation should be further studied.
