本文以10kW数字中波发射机预推动故障的处理思路探究为题展开论述。首先分析了故障现象,然后在分析的基础上,通过对对预推动电路板电源电压、射频通路进行测试,发现故障的问题为小轮与线圈接触出现松动,然后利用铁丝固定相关支架,从而解决上述问题。最后,针对本次故障处理,提出了定期检查中波发射机元件的思考,以此来减少故障的发生。希望可以解决10kW数字中波发射机预推动方面的故障,最终保证设备的安全稳定运行,从而减少故障带来的损失。
In this paper, 10kW digital medium wave transmitter pre-drive troubleshooting ideas discussed in the title of the discussion. First of all, the fault phenomenon is analyzed.
