本文从处理辐射传热的基本理论出发,给出了一个包含与辐射发射随机方向性有关的比热流参数的新热流模型。该模型克服了原热流模型在理论简化上的缺陷,能够更好地反映炉内的实际情况。同时给出了用Monte-Carlo方法求解比热流参数的计算程序。最后用该模型求解了实验室用马弗炉内的温度分布,同时用原热流法对该高温炉的温度分布进行了计算,与实验结果相比较,新热流方程明显优于原热流方程。
In this paper, based on the basic theory of radiative heat transfer, a new heat flow model with specific heat flow parameters related to the random directivity of radiation emission is given. The model overcomes the shortcomings of the original heat flow model in theoretical simplification and can better reflect the actual situation in the furnace. At the same time, Monte-Carlo method is given to calculate the specific heat flow parameters of the program. Finally, the model was used to solve the temperature distribution in the muffle furnace, and the temperature distribution in the furnace was calculated by the original heat flux method. Compared with the experimental results, the new heat flow equation is obviously better than the original heat flow equation.
