目前,食品的营养与安全问题得到了社会各界越来越多的关注,它关系到人们的身体健康,目前随着社会压力越来越大,以及生活节奏越来越快,很多人,对于自己的饮食问题不够重视,经常点外卖、吃零食等等。经过调查高校的大学生也存在着这一问题。基于此,对于我国某所高校进行了食品安全知识型方面的调研,并根据调研结果提出了干预对策,希望可以帮助提升高校大学生对于营养与食品安全的认知,注重保护自己的身体健康。“,”At present, the problem of food nutrition and safety has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life,which is related to people's health. In this paper, we conducted a survey on the knowledge-based aspects of food safety in a university in China, and put forward the intervention countermeasures according to the survey results, hoping to help improve college students' cognition of nutrition and food safety, and pay attention to protect their health.
