1.漂白粉溶液:制成有效氯含量为10ppm的溶液,在水温10—15℃时,浸洗鱼体25分钟左右,在水温15—20℃时,浸洗鱼体15—20分钟;夏花鱼种消毒应采用5ppm的浓度消毒15—20分钟。可有效预防细菌性赤皮病、烂鳃病、竖鳞病、水霉病等。注意:(1)应对漂白粉的有效成份含量加以确认。有条件的可进行测定。(2)不可与碱性物质合用。(3)不能用金属容器盛放。(4)因其有遇水易分解的特点,所以不能预先溶于水待用。
