目的:研究大黄、虫对大鼠子宫肌瘤模型雌激素(E)及其受体(ER)的影响。方法:将70只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、大黄虫小剂量组、大黄虫中剂量组、大黄虫大剂量组、大黄虫丸组、桂枝茯苓胶囊组,采用雌孕激素负荷法建立大鼠子宫肌瘤模型,放射免疫法测定各组大鼠血清E水平,免疫组化观察大鼠子宫平滑肌细胞ER的表达。结果:与模型组相比,各治疗组血清E含量及子宫ER均下降(P<0.05),大黄虫可降低血清中E水平,抑制平滑肌细胞ER的表达。结论:大黄虫对药通过调节E、ER抑制子宫肌瘤生长。
Objective: To study the effects of rhubarb and aphids on estrogen (E) and its receptor (ER) in rat uterine fibroids. Methods: 70 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model group, small dose of rhubarb group, middle dose group of rhubarb, large dose group of rhubarb aphids, Dahuangqichong Pills group and Guizhihao capsule group. The rat uterine fibroid model was established by estrogen and progesterone loading method. Serum E levels were determined by radioimmunoassay. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of ER in rat uterine smooth muscle cells. Results: Compared with the model group, serum E content and uterine ER were decreased in each treatment group (P<0.05). R. glutinosa reduced E level in serum and inhibited the expression of ER in smooth muscle cells. Conclusion: The rhubarb aphid inhibits the growth of uterine fibroids by regulating E and ER.
