教育改革的春风正吹遍大江南北,教育战线正经历着一场前所未有的如何适应新形势,解决新问题的考验。职业大学在这场轰轰烈烈的改革风潮中如何体现改革的新精神,抓住机遇、创出特色、发展自我是一个值得深思的问题。本文就案例教学在职业大学教学中的地位作用,以及如何操作等问题做些粗浅的探讨。 一、案例教学的地位与作用 职业大学培养生产、服务、管理第一线的高层次实用型人才,强调学生动手能力、实际操作能力。它不注重造就知识型的“专业人才”,而是造就“职业人才”,它培养的学生应是从事技术的应用和运作的,而不是研究和设计的。为此,实践环节成了职业大学教学工作中不可忽视的、极为重要的环节。如何让学生把所学的理论知识与实践活动有机结合,达到最佳效果,不同系部、不同专业采取的方式也是大不相同的。从工商管理专业的角度来看,其实践经验的获得可以通过两个途径:一是长期的亲身实践。即直接深入生产、服务、管理第一线,与企业、行业、社会相结合,实地操作,掌握技能;二是通过学习他人的典型案例,即对典型案例的学习、模拟、分析来了解现实工作中可能出现的问题,寻找解决的途径,从而获得实践经验。长期的亲身实践可直接获得经验,但花费的时间很多,费用也很
