Objective To explore the effect of increasing psycho-elastic training nursing on the mental state of patients after radical mastectomy of breast cancer on the basis of routine nursing. Methods The patients from our hospital from January 2012 to May 2015 admitted to the diagnosis of clear and has undergone radical mastectomy of breast cancer patients, a total of 74 cases, according to the random number table method were divided into control group and observation group, 37 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care for 12 weeks, while the observation group was given psychological flexibility training for 12 weeks on the basis of routine nursing. At the end of nursing care, self-rating depression scale (SDS) and anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total score of SDS, SAS, PTGI, RSA and scores of various factors in observation group improved significantly compared with that before intervention (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in CPSS score between the intervention group and the pre-intervention group (P> 0.05). The levels of SDS, SAS, PTGI, CPSS and RSA in the control group (P> 0.05). The scores of SDS, SAS, PTGI, RSA after nursing intervention in the observation group were significantly lower than those before the intervention The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Based on the routine nursing, adding the psycho-elastic training nursing can improve the mental state of breast cancer patients more effectively, and improve the anti-stress ability and post-traumatic growth of patients.
