滨江风光带是南京由沿江发展走向拥江发展的基石,是面向长江的门户性景观,是借力青奥、向世界展示南京的重要舞台。滨江风光带区位特殊,紧邻快速外环,沿线跨江通道密集,需要深化区域过境交通系统分析,保障重大交通设施功能发挥;滨江风光带功能内涵丰富,交通构成复杂,需要强化与周边交通设施衔接,分层组织,提升交通运行效率;滨江风光带是“借力青奥,展示南京”的重要窗口,需要构建特色低碳交通体系,提升地区交通品质。在此背景下,如何构建为海内外及本地嘉宾、游客、市民提供可到达、可转换、可观赏、可体验、可通过的高品质、高水准交通服务,是贯穿规划的主线。
