So， rather than spend your time and energy coming up with ways to avoid doing your homework， why not look at how you can learn more efficiently and make the process a whole lot more enjoyable？

It can be a song， image， or a phrase to help remember a list of facts in a certain order. Choose a friend， your mom， or someone who doesn’t know the topic you’re studying and teach them how to do it. Talking through what you learned helps the information stick and you can make sure you understand the concepts.

Before you take a break， write down what you learned during your study time and add to this list each time you take a break.
