采用三因素完全随机设计,通过盆栽试验,研究2,4-D胁迫下添加多效唑、尿素对土壤脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、蛋白酶活性的动态影响。结果表明,不同质量分数2,4-D对土壤脲酶、碱性磷酸酶和蛋白酶活性的影响不同;1~60 d,与对照相比,低质量分数2,4-D对土壤脲酶、碱性磷酸酶活性表现为激活效应,而对蛋白酶活性表现为抑制作用;高质量分数2,4-D则抑制了土壤脲酶、蛋白酶活性,而对碱性磷酸酶活性表现为激活效应;添加多效唑和尿素对土壤脲酶、碱性磷酸酶和蛋白酶活性均表现为激活效应,特别是对脲酶和蛋白酶活性的平均激活率最高可达44.88%和63.18%。
The pot experiment was conducted to study the dynamic effects of paclobutrazol and urea on soil urease, alkaline phosphatase and protease activities under 2,4-D stress. The results showed that 2,4-D with different mass fraction had different effects on soil urease, alkaline phosphatase and protease activities.
